Pathways to Work prepares young adults for living-wage careers, advancing Aspire United 2030's goal to increase young adults in good-paying jobs by 20%. Through partnerships with service providers, trainers and employers, the initiative delivers work-ready training, industry-recognized credentials and support services in high-growth fields. Launched in April 2025, the Construction EPN focuses on hiring events that connect employers with qualified training graduates and expand access to construction and skilled trades opportunities.
